Johnson Road south of Rt. 33A–In place recycle of road from 33A south to Bovee road. Chip Seal surface treatment will take place a month after to seal water out on surface. There is a failing cross culvert north of the high voltage powerlines we will be replacing sometime in the spring prior to the road work.

Jenkins Road – Chip sealed June 5, 2020
O’Brien Road – Chip sealed June 5, 2020
Johnson Road South – Prep for widening, drainage improvements. This 1.9-mile-long road will take a few years to complete as we begin to work on a section at a time to improve.
Due to decreased revenue other road maintenance projects planned for this summer have been postponed.

Bangs Road – Surface treat
Bovee Road – Chip seal completed June 4, 2020
Bangs Road- Edge mill, install binder, True and Level- scheduled for late July
Savage Road – Box culvert removal and pipe install- scheduled for first two weeks of August
North Road- Paving Project with Wheatland scheduled early July

PLANNED ROAD WORK
On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, the culvert located between the CSX railroad tracks and Baker Street on Savage Road will be closed to through traffic for replacement.
Through traffic will be detoured around the project site via Baker Street, NY Rt. 33, Bromley Road and Attridge Road. Neighbors living on either side of the culvert will still be able to access their properties via the project detour. Weather permitting, expect to have the road open to traffic in approximately 1 month.
